Cottage. C18, altered in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade
red clay tiles. 3 bays facing SW with central stack, forming a lobby-entrance.
Early C20 lean-to extension at left, roofed with slate. C20 rear extension with
flat roof. One storey with attics. 2 C20 casements. C20 door. Roof
half-hipped. Profiled sprockets under eaves. Chamfered axial beams with runout
stops, plain joists of vertical section. Clasped purlin roof. Included for
group value.
