GV II

House. C18, altered in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red
clay tiles. Rectangular plan facing N, with axial stack near left end.
Single-storey lean-to extension behind left end, roofed with red clay 'Roman'
tiles. C20 external stack at right end, with single-storey extension beyond.
One storey with attics. 3 C20 casements on ground floor, 3 more in gabled
dormers. 4-panel door with C20 dentilled hood. Pegged hardwood frame.
Chamfered transverse beams with runout stops. This has been in the form of 3
cottages, converted back to one house in C20. Included for group value.
