Barn. C18. Timber framed, plastered and weatherboarded, roofed with handmade
red clay tiles and slate. 4 bays aligned NW-SE, with midstrey to NE. Gambrel
roof, the lower pitches tiled, the upper pitches slated. Weatherboarded
enclosure on roof, C20. Hardwood frame, jointed and pegged, primary straight
bracing, face-halved and bladed scarfs in wallplates, bolted knees to tiebeams,
clasped purlin roof.
