Hall Farmhouse

Barn. Late C16. Timber framed, walls clad with weatherboards, corrugated iron
and plaster, roofed with corrugated asbestos. 5 bays aligned NE-SW, with
midstrey to NW. Jowled posts, cambered tiebeams with arched braces (2 pairs
replaced by bolted knees). Curved tension braces trenched outside studs.
Clasped purlin roof with arched wind bracing.
