Granary. Early C19. Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with slate. 5 bays
facing SW. 2 storeys. 2 shuttered windows on ground floor, 3 on first floor.
Plain boarded door. Stands on red brick plinth with barred ventilation slots.
Low-pitched hipped roof. Primary straight bracing. Bolted knees to tiebeams,
plain joists of vertical section. Roof fully boarded below slates. Approx. 80
metres WNW of Hyde Farmhouse, authorised for conversion to a dwelling at time of
survey, October 1984.
