5/174 The Dog Inn


Inn. Early C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, with stucco at front only, slate
roof. Double pile plan facing SE, with 2 stacks each side. 2 storeys.
3-window range of early C19 sashes of 16 lights, with external louvred shutters
on first floor. Central 6-panel door, the top 4 panels glazed, in recessed
porch. Hipped roof of shallow pitch with projecting eaves.
