House. Late C16, altered C18 and C19. Timber framed and plastered, part
plastered brick and with grey gault brick front range. Red plain tile hipped
roofs. 2 storeys. L-shaped plan. Front range has 3 window range, early C19
vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. Flat roofed, square brick porch with
moulded cornice, and recessed semi-circular arch. Main facade has brick
pilasters and centre breaks forward. Moulded eaves cornice. Grey gault brick
chimney stacks, with dentilled caps. Rear wing is earlier house, with parapeted
east front. 3 window range C18 vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. C18
entrance door with flat canopy on brackets, moulded architraves and frieze. Red
brick chimney stacks.
