Byre. c1810. Red brick in Flemish bond, and timber-framed and weatherboarded, roofed with black glazed pantiles. Main block in 2 parallel ranges aligned NW-SW, an open-fronted byre on the NE side and a fully enclosed building to the SW. INTERIOR: not inspected. Attached by brick linking walls to the SW is a yard that originally contained 3 matching pig-sties. With items 9/38, 9/39 and 9/40 (qqv), this forms part of an exceptionally complete farm complex of the Napoleonic War period.
