House. Late C16, altered in C19. Timber framed, plastered, front pitch of roof
of handmade red plain tiles, rear pitch of slate. 3 bays with central chimney,
facing NE. Full-height rear extension of painted brick with catslide roof. 2
storeys. 2-window range of early C19 sashes of 16 lights. Plain door in small
pedimented doorcase at right end of front elevation. Formerly named Warren Farm
