Cottage. Late C17. Timber framed, roughcast rendered, roof thatched. 2 bays
facing NE, with internal axial stack at right end, and C18/19 single-storey
extension with hipped roof beyond. C20 external stack at left end. C20
single-storey extension of roughcast brick with corrugated iron roof to rear of
left end. One storey with attics. Ground floor, 2 C20 casements, and one C18
2-light window with wrought iron casement in right extension. One C20 casement
in eyebrow dormer. Plain door with C20 4-centred arch. Small area of
weatherboarding in right gable. C18/early C19 one-light wrought iron casement
in left return, on upper storey. Jowled corner posts. Chamfered transverse
beams. C20 grate in original stack. C20 4-centred arch inside ground floor.
