3 houses, formerly 4 cottages. Early C18, timber framed and plastered with
weatherboarded dado and red plain tile roof. 2 storeys. 4 window range, 2
original horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars and two C20 casements.
3 original doorways with flat board heads on shaped brackets. Doorway to number
71 now replaced with small C20 casement under original head. C19 weatherboarded
lean-to extension at rear, with grey slate roof. Original red brick chimney
stacks. These cottates with nos 65 and 67 (qv) form part of an important group
with the Church, Almshouses and Woolpack Inn.
