House, now flats. C18, altered in C19 and C20. Plastered, roofed with handmade
red plain tiles. Approximately square plan facing S, with vehicle way through
at left, 2 rooms deep at right. 2 storeys and attics. Ground floor, one
mid-C19 sash with marginal lights. First floor, 3 similar sashes. One more in
gabled dormer. Gambrel roof. Door to rear. The front and rear walls are
supported over the vehicle way by chamfered oak beams with mortices for former
joists, C17, re-used.
