House. Late C17. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red plain
tiles. 4 bays facing SE, with axial stack in second bay from left end, and C20
extensions to rear of right end. 2 storeys. 3-window range of C20 casements.
C20 6-panel door with C18 moulded architrave, pulvinated frieze and moulded
pediment, incomplete. The left bay, originally the parlour, has a chamfered
axial beam with limb's tongue stops. Elsewhere,- much re-used C16 timber
formerly plastered over, now stripped. 2 large wood-burning hearths. 2 C18
internal plain doors. RCHM (Pattiswick) 2.
