Stubble's Farmhouse

Barn. Late C18/early C19. Timber framed and weatherboarded on base walls of
red brick in English bond, roofed with corrugated iron. 8 bays aligned NV-SE,
with 2 midstreys to SW. Later farm buildings of no architectural or historic
interest abutting to SW. Base wall approx. 1.67 metres high. Primary straight
bracing, face-halved and bladed scarfs in wallplates, straight tiebeams with
bolted knees, clasped purlin roof. In exceptionally complete condition.
