Clark's Farmhouse


Barn. Circa 1700. Timber framed, mainly weatherboarded, partly plastered,
roofed with corrugated asbestos. 7 bays aligned NE-SW, with 2 midstreys to NW.
Lean-to extensions between midstreys and at NE end. C19 2-bay extension to SE,
with lean-to extension in E angle. Heavy studding, primary straight bracing,
straight braces to tiebeams jointed and pegged, original clasped purlin roof.
