Creeksea Hell
TQ 99 NW 2/27


A C18 red brick house incorporating the wing of an earlier C16 timber-
framed and plastered house on the north side. The wing has exposed timber-
framing and is 2 storeyed with attics. Roof tiled, mansard, half hipped,
with 1 flat headed dormer window. The C18 house is 2 storeyed with 3
window range on the front and a later addition of 1 window range at the
east end. The windows generally are double-hung sashes with glazing bars.
The outer windows on the front are 3-light, There is a central doorway,
C20 in C18 style. Roof tiled. (RCHM 3).
