A C17 red brick house with 2 wings which extend to the north, gabled on
the front. There is a 2 storey porch between the gables, which projects
slightly, with a Dutch gable. 2 storeys. 3 window range, C18 double-hung
sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey has shallow bow windows.
At the east end there is a fine original external. chimney stack with
4 diagonal shafts. Roof tiled. (RCHM 4).
