A range of mid C19 timber-framed and weatherboarded houses built in 2
blocks, each of 2 storeys with 2 window range, partly double-hung sashes
with glazing bars and partly C20 casements. Nos 12 and 14 has a central
panel with the name Eastern View and the date 1867. No 18 has the name
Clinker Cottage. Nos 12 and 14 has a pantiled roof, hipped,and Nos 16
and 18 has a tiled roof.

Nos 12 to 18 (even) form a group.
