Nos 1 and 2 SHORE ROAD

A late C18 or early C19 timber-framed and weatherboarded house. Two storeys. Three window range, partly double-hung sashes with glazing bars and partly casements. The ground storey has two rectangular bay shop windows. Roofs tiled, with a square chimney stack. Nos 1 and 2 with Nos 47 to 57 (odd), The School and Clock Tower, No 30 and Nos 44 to 50 (even) High Street form a group.(Nos 47 to 53 (odd) and Nos 48 and 50 are of local interest).
