C16 small house. Timber framed and of one storey with attics. Four bays long
built of oak with flat joists and studs. Roof ridged and gabled clad with machine-made
tiles, one flat-topped dormer on north slope, existing windows modern casements.
Two red brick chimney stacks of the C18 along the ridge. The storey-posts have
jowls and the floor-joists have diminished haunches.
