Circa 1500. Small house formerly 4 bays with open hall. Timber framed and
plastered with ridged and gabled roof peg-tiled. Now single storeyed with attics
with central plastered chimney stack. Modern front porch. Range of 5 modern
casements on ground storey with 2 gabled dormers on north front. Crown-post
roof frame inside. Archaeological J., Vol 130, 1973 p 175.
