House, circa 1600 with C18 re-roof C20 addition to left. Timber framed and
rough rendered, with hipped red tile roof, 2 storeys. 5 window range of C19
iron small paned casements. C20 door at rear. 3 red brick chimney stacks.
Earliest site reference 1447 called 'Mogones', 1542 as now, called 'Muggins'.
Chamfered, and stop chamfered beams internally. c1600 brick fireplace to ground
and first floor. C18 corner cupboard. C18 doors with hinges and catches.
