9/88 No 114 (Homelea) (formerly
27/8/52 listed as Homeleigh)

House circa 1780. Timber framed and rough rendered. Red plain tiled roof with
central round head, dormer window with double hung small paned sliding sash
window. 2 storeys and attic. Moulded wood eaves cornice. 5 window range of
double hung small paned sashes in moulded surrounds. The upper central window
with round head. 6 panel door with Corinthian pilasters and frieze with swag
and urn decoration. Good segmental porch head with metal plain fan decoration,
supported by attached shaft columns. Plastered brick chimney stacks to left
and right.
