Shops originally dwellings. C17 or earlier, with later additions and
alterations. Timber framed, part weatherboard, part rough rendered with some
original rusticated pargetting still remaining. Red plain tiled roof with
gabled crosswing to left. 2 storeys. 5 window range of C17 iron 3 leaded light
casements. 5 shopfronts, 4 of which are C19. The three to the left small paned
and with half glazed doors. No. 203 with Cl9 bay, with mouldings to fascia and
mullions to segmental headed windows. No. 205 with 3 light window each with two
mullions, and segmental heads with moulded infill, half glazed door, moulded
surround, canopy and brackets.
