TL 50 SW STANFORD RIVERS TOOT HILL
4/255 Weald Farmhouse

GV II

House C16/C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber framed and plastered
with C20 pargetting. Red plain tiled roof, hipped to left and right. 2 storeys
with centre gabled crosswing. 2:1:2 window range of casements with glazing
bars. C20 gabled enclosed porch to crosswing, with small paned side lights to
plank and muntin door. Internal stop chamfered beams and back to back
fireplaces. On first floor, above fireplace is an original plaster panel with
arabesque strip, acorns and a stag and pheasant. Red brick chimney stack to
left.
