7/281 Hexagonal Outbuilding to
N of Little Tawney Hall


Outbuilding, possibly a calf shed with hay loft over. Cl8. 6 sided, timber
framed and vertical weatherboarded with red plain tiled roof of side purlin
construction. Possibly originally 1 storey and loft, now open full height.
A larger building than at Woodhatch Farm in the same parish and without the
horizontal knees to top plates. These two buildings are unique to the area.
There is a loft door and double doors at ground level (originally a single door
early C20.
