Outbuilding, probably used as a dwelling until recently. C16/17. Timber
framed, part weatherboarded with upper part plastered and pargetted. ½ hipped,
red plain tiled roof. 2 storeys. One C17 iron framed 2 lights leaded casement
window to first floor. One 3 light C17 iron framed leaded casement window to
ground floor, with pentice board over. Off-centre boarded door and a boarded
door opening to right. Red brick chimney stack to left.
