GV II

House C16 or earlier with later additions and alterations. Timber framed and
plastered, with C19 batten decoration. Red plain tiled roof. The crosswings
to right and left are jettied and have moulded bressumers with carved brackets
and pendants. Central, gabled, red tiled porch with timber supports, brackets
and pendants. Trellis to sides. 4 panel door with 2 lights. 2 storeys. 1:1:1
window range of C19 vertical sliding sashes, one with glazed margins. Plain
bargeboards with apex pendants to crosswing gables. Fine, central, attached
diagonal shaft, red brick chimney stack. RCHM 8.
