TL 40 SE THEYDON GARNON OFF STEWARDS

House. Late C18, early C19 with later additions and possible earlier core.
Walls plastered, grey slate roof of 2 ranges, hipped to front with projecting
eaves. 2 storeys. 3 window range of late C19 small paned vertical sliding
sashes wit horns. Central 6 panel door, with glazing bars to fanlight above.
Gabled porch with dentils. Plain columns with moulded bases and capitals,
fluted pilasters. Left return with open pediment and 3 window range of matching
sash windows. 2 plastered brick chimney stacks. Good early C19 staircase and
panelling internally, also panelled doors.
