House, C16 altered in C20. Timber framed, part plastered, part weatherboarded,
roofed with handmade red clay tiles, mainly plain with a band of ornamental
tiles. 2 storey hall block aligned approximately NE-SW, aspect NW, with
crosswing at SW end. Lean-to extension at NE end. Axial chimney stack. 6
panel door, the top 2 glazed, under shallow hood. Double-hung sash windows
of 16 lights, early C19 or early C19 type, one each side of door, 3 on first
floor of hall block, one on first floor of crosswing. Both roofs hipped.
Grouped diagonal shafts on chimney stack.
