GV II

House, late C18, altered in C20. Painted brickwork, roofed with C19 red clay
tiles. Parallelogram plan, with axis approx. ENE-WSW, street elevation approx.
N-S. Internal chimney stack S of ridge, chimney stack in N wall near NW corner.
Roof hipped to W,half-hipped to E. 2 storeys. Street elevation, blocked
central doorway, C20 oriel window to N of it, C20 casement window to S. First
floor, 2 early C19 double-hung sash windows of 12 lights. String course.
Dentils below eaves. Plain chamfered transverse beams with simple concave
stops. S elevation, C20 half-glazed door under tiled bracketed hood, scattered
fenestration.
