House. C16 or earlier, timber framed and plastered with black weatherboarding
on S gable wall and E wall of the lean-to to the E. Gabled peg tile roof,
gabled modern porch on W side, flat roofed tile hung dormer over lean-to.
Various modern casements with small panes and 2 red brick ridge line stacks.
Interior has part of frame and floor joists exposed and a timber arched doorhead
from the old Rookwood Hall over a fireplace.
