TL 50 NW MORETON BRIDGE ROAD,
4/30 Ivylands

House. C17 or early C18. Timber framed and plastered, with red plain tile
hipped roof. 2 storeys. 3 window range C19 casements and one C20 leaded light.
House now incorporates a C19, 2 storey painted brick range at right angles at
south end. Red single Roman tile roof. C20 leaded casements. Original
pierced, decorated bargeboards.
