TL 50 NE MORETON Bundish Hall


House. Mid C15 with C17 and early C19 alterations. Part timber framed and
part brick, plastered, with red plain tile hipped roof. 2 storeys. 3 window
range, early C19 vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars. Two C20 ground
floor bay windows with linking lean-to roof. Red brick flank wall chimney
stacks. West wing is mid C15 crosswing, formerly gabled, with cross-quadrate
crownpost roof, relating to hall range, rebuilt in C17. Dates of 1697 and 1839
inscribed on bricks. Some C16 panelling. Moated site.
