GV II

Model group of farmbuildings, Mid C19 in red flemish bond brickwork with peg
tile roofs. Three sided courtyard layout with buildings on north, east and
west sides with linking red brick wall on south side enclosing stock yard.
The west side has a single storey block with parapetted south gable with blind
brick roundel in gable and behind this a two storey block of similar detail
with segmental headed door and window openings and gabled sack hoist gantry
on west face. The roof of this is of corrugated iron with pyramidical drying
kiln on roof now clad in the same material. The east block is similar to the
lower block on west and is a series of animal pens. Across the north side,
two similar cart lodge blocks with gateway and piers in the centre.
