House. Late C17, timber framed and plastered with gabled peg tile roof. Of
two storeys with large rectangular gable end brick chimney stacks. Front has
central gabled C20 peg tile roofed porch and C20 leaded light casements. Timber
frame with straight bracing largely exposed. C20 kitchen extension and double
gabled garage block on west end. Interior: early example of 'double pile' plan
form under one very deep roof.
