House, C18, divided into 2 cottages. Timber framed, weatherboarded and
plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. Aligned NE-SW, aspect NW, one
chimney stack in front pitch of roof to SW of centre. Single storey lean-to
extension along whole of rear, C18/19. 2-storey extension behind NE end, with
end chimney stack, roof hipped at tll end only, C19. 2 storeys. 2 plain boarded
doors with shallow hoods, C19. 2 double-hung sash windows of 9 lights, early
C19, one canted bay of 3 double-hung sash windows of 8-16-8 lights, early C19.
First floor, 3 double-.hung sash windows of 9 lights, early C19. Dentilled
wooden cornice, wooden parapet.
