1/1 Roydon Mill


Watermill. Early C19 with yellow stock brick to ground and first floor, timber
framed and weatherboarded above. Grey slate roof. 3 storeys. 4 window range,
fixed iron windows with glazing bars and small opening lights. Windows to lower
floors have segmental heads. At the south end there are boarded loft doors
and a projecting loft hoist supported on curved braces.
