Cottage. C17/C18 or earlier with later alterations. Timber framed and parget
plastered. Red plain tiled double range roofs. Left red brick chimney stack. 3
window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes in moulded surrounds. To right
is a 4 panelled door with a flat canopy on brackets. The name Lavender Cottage
inscribed in the plaster above this door.
