Entrance gates adjoining road and approx. 40 metres north of Great Ruffins

Entrance gates. Early C20. A.H. Mackmurdo. Wrought and cast iron, tall with
square plastered brick outer and support columns, the latter with ball finials.
Between the outer columns heavy rails with stud heads on a plastered brick
plinth recurve to the support columns. Double gates with full height outer
scroll panels with central flower head, arrowhead base panels with scroll panels
over, plain rails with upper ornament. The top rail surmounted by ornate scroll
work rising to the centre.
