TL 81 SE GREAT TOTHAM CHURCH ROAD

4/117 The Old Vicarage

GV II

House. C18 with later alterations. Timber framed and plastered with some
painted brick. Red plain tiled roofs, grey slate to left range. 3 red brick
chimney stacks to main right range, left stack to left range. 2 storeys. The
right range with C19 central forward jettied 2 storey gabled porch. Bargeboards
to gable, weathervane to apex. Central band. Lower level painted brick left
extension withjettied gable to road facing left return. 1:1:1:1 window range of
various small paned casements and vertically sliding sashes, those to main range
ground floor a hipped bay to left and tall casements to left. Porch with double
glazed doors. Good group value with Church and Hall.
