TL 81 SE LITTLE TOTHAM BECKINGHAM STREET

4/191 Little Renters Farmhouse

House. C17 with earlier core. Timber framed and plastered with some plastered
brick facing. Red plain tiled roofs. Left and right red brick chimney stacks.
2 storeys. 3 window range of C20 square leaded casements with transoms with
bays to ground floor. Central glazed red tiled gabled porch, half glazed door.
Some medieval timber frame exposed internally and some C17 through bracing to
walls. Carved storey post and stop chamfered beam from elsewhere. Stick
balusters to staircase, panelling under.
