of Bateman's Farmhouse

Barn. C18 or earlier. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Half hipped corru-
gated iron clad roof. Brick plinth. Midstrey to rear. Double vertically
boarded doors. Loft door to return. 5 bays. Through bracing to walls, hanging
knees to tie beams. Good of its type and in prominent roadside position.
