TL 80 NW WOODHAM MORTIMER BRYANTS LANE

3/130 Old Little Smiths

GV II

Cottage. C15/C16 or earlier origin with C18 and later alterations and
additions. Timber framed and panel plastered. Red plain tiled roofs, that to
left a gambrel with 2 gabled dormers. Attached shaft red brick chimney stack to
left of right range. One storey and attics left range, 2 storey right range.
2:2 first floor and 3:1 ground floor window ranges of C20 small paned casements.
C20 rear extension. Interior features to left range include heavy timber wall
studs, top plate and ground cill. Heavy stop chamfered bridging joist. The
original chimney stack now encased with C20 brick.'
