TL 80 NW WOODHAM MORTIMER OFF MALDON ROAD

3/151 Brookhead Farmhouse

House. C16 or earlier with later alterations and additions including C20
restorations. Timber framed and parget plastered. Red plain tiled roofs. 2
red brick chimney stacks. 2 storey east face. One storey and attics C20 west
range. East face, roof hipped and outshot to right, C20 gabled dormer. 2
casement windows first floor right, 4 windows to ground floor, mainly C20
casements with one small paned horizontal sliding sash. Central C20 gabled
porch and half glazed door. Right return, gabled crosswing and right range with
external chimney stack to right. 2:2 window range of C20 casements. Central
vertically boarded door to crosswing.
