House. Early Clshall house, C16 crosswing, C19 extension C20 alterations.
Timber framed and plastered, C19 brick extension. Red plain tiled roofs. One
storey and attics 2 storey painted brick crosswing to right with hipped roof.
Gabled dormer to left range. 3:1 window range of small paned vertically sliding
sashes, including pentice boards over to 2 left windows, hipped, tiled bay to
ground floor right. Central C20 part glazed door with pentice board over to
main range. Interior features include, jowled storey posts, cambered tie beam,
partly rebuilt crown post roof to main range, c.1600 framed joggled side purling
roof with reducing principal rafters and intermittent collars to east 3 bay
crosswing c.1600 passage partition. Three centre arch head doorway between hall
and solar.
