Cottage. C16 or earlier right range, C18 left range with later alterations and
additions. Timber framed and parget plastered. Red plain tiled roofs, that
to left of gambrelled of lower level and with 2 gabled dormers. 3 red brick
chimney stacks. One storey and attics left range, 2 storeys right range. 2:2
window range of C20 small paned casements. Single storey bake/brewhouse to
right. Central C20 gabled porch on timber supports. C20 vertically boarded
door. Stop chamfered ceiling and bridging joists internally. Early C17
documentary evidence of the property.
