and the description shall be amended to read:-

Mid C19, comprising a pair of semi-detached tenements. Two storeys. One inner
window bay and outer doorway each. Stock brick walls in Flemish bond and slate
hipped roof with overhanging eaves. Central stock brick chimney. Sash windows
with glazing bars and without horns in segmental arches. Doorways with
segmental arches and plain doors. A very complete elevation of its period.
