The item shall be upgarded to II* with an amended map reference of TQ 68SW SP/296
The description shall be amended to read:-

Gentry house. Early to mid C18. Red brick with red plain tiled roof. 3 storeys with
half basement and coped parapets. Double range plan with later wings attached at east
and west. 5 bay range of C19 double hung sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged
brick arches. Central pedimented Tuscan Doric doorcase set on flight of stone steps.
First floor platband, moulded parapeted cornice, 4 side wall chimney stacks. 3 window
one and half storey range to west,gable C1900. Service wing to east with attached
flat roofed c1975 garages. Rear facade answers that of entrance. Thick glazing bar
sashes under canted brick arches. Central arched staircase window. Central doorcase
on steps. Interior has panelled hall with pedimented doorcases dentillated cornice
and segmental arch opening onto staircase. Some original fireplaces,box shutters and
other panelling. Original secondary stairs.

with capped parapet. Four side wall chimney stacks. Double range plan,
with later wings east and west. Five window range C19 double hung vertical
sliding sashes with glazing bars. Moulded cornice, central pedimented doorcase,
approached by flight of steps.
