1753, house in knapped flint, with red brick dressings. Rendered at sides
and rear. Red plain tiled roofs. Two storeys. Double range plan. Two
window range, C19 double hung vertical sliding sashes with single vertical
glazing bar. Central brick panel inscribed "This house and stable built
by Thos Mashiter, 1753". Verges are parapetted. Small flint and brick outhouse
on north-west side.
